I had the worst experience visiting the dealership. They had poor service. They said I was approved with 0 down. i got there and after waiting like an hour they say 1400 down and 475 a month. We told the salesperson no. Even after weeks of being there still sending banks my credit to try and get a loan. I don't recommend anyone going there at all. They have sorry customer service They can miss up your in a hurry. They are also high priced Especially don't deal with Patrick hes a ***. tell all your friends and family member not to go there.

Killed My Engine
I brought a car in for diagnosis. Was informed of the cost in which I declined because it was going to be in the thousands of dollars for a head replacement and this was for the R&R for just one head. The same problem was going to happen to the other head and the cost quoted was for only one (1) head. Repair shop gave me back the vehicle in worse shape with additional problems than when it was brought to them. Since I declined to have them repair the problem, in my opinion they went ahead and but the nails in the coffin to kill this engine. I could not trade the car in due to it's non-functional condition, so I had to sell it for a ridiculous price to a wholesaler. Lost my shirt on this one. STAY AWAY FROM KINGWOOD SUZUKI OR WHATEVER THEY ARE CALLING THEMSELVES THIS WEEK. SUZUKI USA IS OUT OF BUSINESS AND KINWOOD SUZUKI IS STILL REPRESENTING THEMSELVES AS BEING AN AUTHORIZED SUZUKI DEALER.

Kingwood Suzuki - Review in Dealers category from Houston, Texas
Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. The saleman are of poor quality and finance managers are rude and liars. If you African-American, please stay away Kingwood Suzuki. The owners name is Armundo and he is racist and thinks that he doing the customer a favor by selling them a vehicle. The finance manager Carlos called a black female customer a *** while I was at the dealership. These owners and some the employees are wantabe gangsters. They are also very disrespectful to their customers, especially the African-American customers. I wouldn't reccommend anyone doing business. with this dealership. EPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK.

I'm a 28 year old with terrible credit! I got turned down at every other dealership except for kingwood suzuki! After spending many hours trying to get a vehicle I was about ready to give up... The guys at kingwood Suzuki did everything in their power to help me out! After only a few hours of spending my time at this dealership I was already in my new car and on my way home.

Kingwood Suzuki lied about son and daugther income to qualify them for loan
My son had just started his job and was not working full time and when their to get a car...They lied about his income to qualify him and my daughter works 16 to 24 hours per week. My son lost the car because he could not afford it... and my daughter is not able to pay for anything trying to hold on to a car.. Both credit score is below 620,, They make deals happen by adding things to the credit report like cell phone bills knowing that the young kids cannot afford the car. This is definite a dealership to tell the young to stay away from if you want your child to be able to keep the car because they can afford it...they just want the sell and does not care how the lenders get the money in their hands...This is why so many people credit is mess up...dealership using young people and knowing they cannot afford it and now will not be able to get a house because of more credit issues.

COMPLAINT I received a flyer from Expo Suzuki, that I had won 1 of 7 items. I went to the dealership to claim my prize. What followed, is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had in my 69 years. A total of 3 guys came out to interview me. The first 2, managed to get all my personal information. When it became clear, I was not there to buy anything, they sent out the 3rd guy, who was a viscious barracuda type. He was clearly there to alienate me, so I would not get anything and would walk out. ( which I eventually did). He played me like a violin ! He insisted I to go thru “complete registration”, which included looking at cars and watching a 20 minute video. He was insulting, rude, brash and arrogant. In small print on the flyer, is said…..you had to “complete registration”………Why should that involve looking at cars ?? There is a severe “truth in advertising” issue here. It appears that “deceit” reigns supreme at this business and I would not trust to buy anything from them at all.

Delayed in filing for insurance refund
I purchased a vehicle from Kingwood Susuki in 2007, I purchased the extended warranty and gap insurance. I recently traded that vehicle in and requested a refund for the unused insurances back. My claim was not even processed for 3 weeks. I was told they have been busy. Now I'm being told it may take an additional 60-90 more days for the insurance to respond with the refund. If I was purchasing a new car i bet i would not be waiting my paperwork would have been processed immediately. They were paid for the insurance when I purchased the vehicle I dont understand what takes so long to refund it.

Horrible Customer Service
First of lets start by me telling you it took me almost 2 months to get a car from Kingwood Suzuki. They lied to me, lost important paper work, hung up on me and wouldn't return my phone calls. After the long waiting I finally got a car I was again lied to about getting my plates and registration. They were incredibly rude and condecending to my father, my husband, and myself when trying to receive my plates and registration. After 3 months of having my car and barley driving it I started having problems with it. I would HIGHLY advise not going to this place.
